Our story

In 2009, Jeff recognized that builders, developers, and energy companies were struggling to find dependable private security patrol services. Many clients were frustrated with unprofessional guards, poor supervision, and unreliable performance. Jeff founded Diamond Group Security to change that—building a national network of more than 1,000 private, fully licensed “diamond-quality” security officer firms capable of delivering consistent, professional service for projects in all 50 states.
